Kris Nagamos

Hi there! 👋 I’m John Kristoffer Nagamos, but my friends and the people I work with call me Kris. I consider myself a multidisciplinary designer with 7+ years of proven experience across broadcast, social, and brand design. I currently work as a Senior Final Artist at GMA Network, where my work spans campaign identity systems, art direction for photoshoots, and editorial layouts built in Webflow.

Most of my work lives at the intersection of brand consistency and real-world constraints, tight timelines, one-day shoots, or systems that need to hold up across dozens of formats without ever feeling off-brand. I care as much about the thinking behind a design decision as the decision itself.

Alongside that, I've been building a genuine interest in UI/UX and product design, and in how AI is reshaping the way we design and build. It's part of why this portfolio exists: as a space to explore that intersection and design things I actually want to make, not just things I'm asked to.

Outside of production work, I've spent about a year and a half teaching design at the college level, which shaped how I think about explaining and defending design choices, not just making them.
